There is more to me!
Although I have always been deeply involved in my academics, there have always been other things that interest me. These activities have taught me things that cannot be taught inside the classroom and instilled qualities in me that will last a lifetime. Further, some of my biggest achievements so far have been in the activities and I wanted to share them with you!
Track & Field
Being an athlete is one of the biggest parts of my identity. When I was just 11 years old, I found my calling in athletics - track and field. I have been doing High Jump and Long Jump ever since and I am proud to say that I am a national level athlete in India, recognised multiple times by the Athletics Federation of India. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to participate in competitions after my freshman year of high school and only ended up going for Districts towards the end of Junior year, where I won a gold and silver medal for High Jump and Long Jump respectively.

Publications

The first book my poems were published in was called 'Scars' by The Write Order. This was followed by 'Sailing Hopes in Paper Boats' by Writer's Pocket.
Music
My journey as a vocalist started when I was just 9 years old. I started learning Indian classical music. 3 years of Indian classical training gave me a strong base for the western vocals training that followed. I started taking examinations after 3 years of learning and am currently a Rockschool grade 6 vocalist. I scored merit in both, grades 4 & 5.
