My projects
Throughout my life in school, I engaged myself in various projects, ranging from publishing a research paper to founding my own social enterprise. These projects are a huge part of my identity and have helped shape me into the person that I am. While it is nearly impossible to correctly portray each step of my journey with these projects, this page will show you a glimpse of my work, milestones and experiences!
Soul Play
Soul Play is my social entrepreneurship venture that aims to use sports to promote holistic growth and gender equality. As an athlete, I have had the first hand experience of the power of Sports in my life and the disparity in sports in my country. After conducting a thorough research on the same, the idea of Soul Play came naturally to me. Learn more about Soul Play by watching the introductory video and clicking here!

Aadita
I Co-Founded Aadita during the Covid-19 pandemic as my Co-Founder, residing in Singapore, and I felt helpless. Together, we created an online platform to connect NGOs in India who were looking for resources and labor, and volunteers, others like us who wanted to help but did not know how, hoping that their collaborations and contributions help grow an institution where social change is the norm.
Research Paper
In the last few years, with all that we have experienced due to the pandemic, the importance of mental health and emotional well being has been more evident. India’s growing inclination towards sports and the many benefits of sports psychology that it is yet to discover as a country encouraged the birth of Soul Play. This research study’s goal was to understand the current interpretation of sports psychology in the Indian market, learn the potential benefits of the sports psychology based ventures, and evaluate the features of the service provided by this venture. This paper (I hope it is the first of many) is one of my biggest milestones in my academic journey and it was published in the Journal of Student Research and Questioz, as linked below!

Project Voices
Growing up in India, gender inequality was no stranger to me. I saw first hand, at Athletics Nationals where the number of men and women participated was so varied, as well as through the experiences of the women around me, like my grandma and aunt, that there was a need to work towards change. During the lockdown in India, the reported domestic abuse cases increased significantly. My friends and I got together to start a campaign to spread awareness and take action to fight the same, and gave those who did not have one, a voice. We created a short film, hosted a conference to discuss solutions, and started a podcast.
